Funny thing is I think I had a private offer pop up about 2 or 3 weeks ago when I was building a 2013 Camaro 1SS on the Chevy website and at that time I was just playing around to get an idea of new cars cost. Now that I'm looking for the offer to use on a 2013 SS I'm interested in buying, now see if I can actually get one lol.

Try clearing your history, deleting temporary files, clearing cookies, etc. between tries. You could also try different browsers (e.g. explorer & firefox, etc.). That's what I did early this year (Jan through March) and was able to get one three times.

Usually the offer only comes up after the 15th of the month, and really shows up in force after the 20th.
I got mine on the 21st of the month, and used it on the 27th. You may just be spinning your wheels trying this early in the month. |

I received one while I was on the "build your own" section of the site, I don't remember the exact date but it was definitely after the 15th. I received them in the past but only while I was in the "build your own" section.

I picked out the car I wanted from a certain dealership, put a deposit on it over the phone, and the finance dept. was going to draw up the paperwork that night. I went online that evening at home to build one and double check the price vs. options I was getting, and the offer popped up. I printed it and called the dealership the next morning. Woman in finance dept. said it was good...she had to redo all the paperwork.
