Livernois Motorsports Whipple 2.9L Supercharger Install Results

Below are photos of Whipple 2.9L Supercharger install on a customer's 2010 Camaro SS. It is a manual trans LS3 that was baselined with an Airaid CAI, Dynatech longtube headers, catted mid-pipe, Corsa exhaust and tune.

Baseline numbers were 410 RWHP / 411 RWTQ

After installing the Whipple 2.9L supercharger, Rotofab CAI, and our custom dyno tune it made 597 RWHP / 512 RWTQ.

We actually were running an install special on this that I have been able to arrange for it to be valid again.

It can be seen here: http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showth...ight=livernois

now this package is without the headers, but those definitely can be added into the mix, feel free to PM me for pricing.

Thank you,
Andy

Damn, that is impressive. Only a couple more months until I bring my Camaro out of storage... Have you guys seen a Magnacharger put out that much power with the same mods and boost?

Wow, 180 RWHP is impressive for boost pressure of only 8.5.

The Whipple more power, but it also makes more boost up top. We did a Maggie car yesterday with everything other than the blower being the same between the two. The maggie car made 560 RWHP, but made 8.5 lbs the entire run. The Whipple car made 8.5 lbs. most of the run and 10.5 lbs. up top.

Thank you,

Rick

The car above is mine.

Let me just start by saying that I started researching which shop would work on my car back in November of last year. I know that I made the right choice for me. If I had to do it all again, I wouldn't change a thing.

Andy and all of the guys at Livernois did an EXCELLENT job. I was absolutely blown away by their attention to detail, their great customer service and everyone's wonderful attitude. I called Andy enough to drive anyone completely up the wall and he always took my calls (sometimes well past closing time) and answered any and all of my questions.

I also used their transportation service and the folks that came to pick up and drop off my car took better care of my car than I would myself (look at that filthy engine bay, totally my own fault). I felt totally at ease letting my baby go with them for the long trip because I felt they truly had respect for the property of others. I have been places before where the "not my car" or "I don't care" attitude really comes out, not the case AT ALL with Livernois.

Everyone that has seen the car since I got it back has been completely blown away by the cleanliness of the work that was done. The engine compartment looks like they took their time to install the blower and carefully route all of the connections instead of just chucking some components together into the car.

I am very pleased with the end numbers and the car drives like stock ... until I get on it, then it pulls like a madman.

Andy maybe next year at this time we can take things to the next level.

Thanks again to all of the folks at Livernois.
