my salesman said not till june, i liked the white with orange stripes. he said gm was waiting due to another model coming out, can't remember which, and using the same paint. this may be wrong, just what i was told. i didn't want to wait till june to order, soi went with the orange/black stripes.

I'm going to guess they won't start with it until after the annual summer shutdown, after which 2010 Impala production should commence. I WISH it would be much sooner, as white with orange stripes will look devastating!

June-ish, tied into 2009 Impala buildout. Color then shifts over to Summit White. Stay on top of your order, depending on when your allocation comes up, white may be orderable in anticipation of switchover.

I will be ordering black and put her right in the paint shop for two tone black over Butter Yellow, Old school paint code 40 Just like the 67' Malabu I had when I was a kid.....god I wish I had not sold that car

Gorgeous rendering. The yellow almost looks like a honey gold. Maybe you should get:

EDIT: I should add these are Forgeline SP3P's, I think is the name. Made here in the US.

They have to journey through candyland and past the rainbow junction to the palace of snow white who is the keeper of the color.So far the only one to survive that journey is L. Ron Hubbard
