So awesome that Ford is doing this. I would definitely consider this if they did the same thing with the Camaro.

Do you guys know of any companies that take these bodies and build cars with them? The article says it builds the frame only. I would be very interested in an older model if it were put together for me already.

Cool! Good to see the auto companies finally giving people what they ask for, like with our "retro" Camaros. I would have found and bought a '69 Z/28 if it were not a 40+ year old car made up of 40+ year old parts, most of which may be near the end of their life span. Especially interior plastics, wiring, and instruments. So a new "old" car to be built would be great!

Yes, GM - please follow suit!

How deep are your pockets?

Any competent vehicle restoration company can build one out for you. You are just saving them time during the body work phase of the restoration process. Every other step in restoring and doing a frame off restoration would be the same...prep, paint, build.
