TRAVEL ROUTE 2012 - Montreal-Ottawa-Kingston-St. Catherines

The time has come to start preparations for the Route down Thursday 9 Aug 2012. As you know most of us will be arriving Thursday night at the Host Hotel. What I need to know is for you to CONFIRM your presence at the following CHECK POINTS. Some of you have already taken this trip and we'll be stopping at the same check points.
Brunch will be nearby Hineys Place...

Full Map

Departure:7 AM Point *A* - Tim Horton = Montreal Gang
1st Stop: 8:30 AM - Point *B* - Hwy 401 / 416 = Ottawa Gang
2nd Stop: 9:30 AM Point *C* - EXT 599 = CANCELLED
BRUNCH Near Kingston = TBA ??? - Will see as we drive near Kingston
Departure After Brunch : 10:30 - 11 AM
Pick Up Gary in TORONTO = TBA ??
3rd Stop: 2:30 PM Point *D* - Holiday Inn - Host Hotel - Check In - Rest & Supper
Then : Parking Lot Evening Party BBOMG Gang

I would like to see EVERYONE to Confirm if you will be joining the Group down to St. Catharines..

First of all this is for everyone who are Off Thursday.
Secondly what time do we want to arrive at the Hotel. ( Kingston to Host = 4 Hrs Approx.)=== Done

Which means we would have to cross Toronto around 1 or 2pm latest... OR... if we are later than 2pm we can take 407 expressway $$$$...

I say we leave early... 6:30- 7:00. We should be passing T.O. around 1 ish....
