I think the wool mitt will be really soft. I like soft.

And tecca an extra set of curls never hurt anyone. Fuaaaaaaa

It'll work great for any car, I'm sure. Wool vs MF comes down to personal preference IMO. They're equally effective and safe to me.

True, I do find the MF mitts to get "more rough" over time.
They loose their original softness within a few washes.

Blow drying your car then dabbing the leftover water is much better.

That's easy for people w/ soft water, but if you have hard water, the only way to get a good shine is to towel buff the paint w/ a microfiber - preferably an excruciatingly soft and dense one (nothing below 500). I use a leafblower just to get water out of the nooks and crannies where it would drip. I use a Gobra Guzzler HD and the dragging method on the horizontal panels for any left over water and then the blotting method for the sides of the car. Problem is, there's very small leftover water spots and residue... so a buffing is necessary regardless. I assist it w/ a QD to eliminate or minimize scratching.

Owning a black car doesn't help.

Yep, black is the hardest to detail, for me anyways.

Thats why I put in my oppinion at the end. My water is soft, ican let it sit on the paint and it just dries up, not in the sun obviously.

But yes drying with a towel is safe but what about if your water is hard with lots of minerals would the towel pick up the minerals and scratch your paint? I was wondering about this?
