LSX/LS9 Blower/Engine Porn

I was at Thomson Automotive in Wixom Michigan on Tuesday night. I saw this little beauty waiting to be shipped out to a happy customer.

GMPP LSX Block, 427
GMPP LSX 6 Bolt Heads
LS9 Supercharger
Wet Sump Oiling
Camaro exhaust Manifolds
Custom LS9 Drive System (don't know who but I will find out)

Engine was designed and spec'd for durability and drivability.

Very mild Thomson Automotive custom cam engine idles at 700 RPM
Makes about 710 through the Camaro Manifolds.

Actually I don't think that it is. They wanted the manifolds for NVH considerations. Brian Thomson was not saying much about the customer. I noticed the flex plate so it will be in an automatic car. The Torque converter that was being shipped was for a 700R4 so I don't think it's for a Camaro.

Remember that the wet sump is good for about an additional 30 to 35 Horspower. A good set of headers would add another 20 to 40 with the amount of power that makes.

Then a revised intake inlet on the blower would add enough to hit 800 at the crankshaft easily.

Gotta love the de tuned reliable power

Yeah I was able to get the pictures but no info on the new owner.

Would be cool to see it installed.
