I just took a look at my itinerary. I'll be arriving in Corpus at 1:40pm so I'll be able to see my baby by mid afternoon.

I need to make arrangements to have someone pick me up first..

OMG, it's official!!! My baby is built! As of 4:25pm eastern time, it rolled off the assembly line as a complete car!

Now, two weeks to see it in person... Must.control.breathing!

Two weeks of loooong 24hr days. That sux. Kinda like Christmas as a kid. This time tho you know whats in the box. Can't wait to see it.

I know!!!

Becky got me my VIN this morning, so hopefully it'll pass QC and get ready for a train to TX!

I guess I can cruise the course in December in it. Not too hard the first few times, mind you!

Of course! Everyone will be welcome to look it over! One fellow in a 1LE forum just took delivery of his and everyone (including me) is going ape over his photos! A Camaro5 member who works at the Oshawa plant emailed that actually sat in my car! How lucky!

Welcome to Corpus. I just moved here myself. This is the spot to get updates for the cruise nights or autoX. I think the next event is AutoX the first weekend in Nov. AutoX is at Waldron field. That is the Navy practice field out by Flour Bluff. Here is the link to the SCCA website. This will be my first time running so if you wanna run or just watch come on out.

I saw JJ's post and will make sure to include him in our activities. Looks like the weather blew our plans to go to the Mile today. We will be getting together next weekend for the SCCA AutoX as Witchdoctor said. We hope he will come out and at least watch. If we do anything beforehand I will make sure we let him know.
When is y'alls next get together? I would like to try to make it down while I have a few days off.
