Think Dealer Installed Wrong Floor Mats

I ordered my 2014 SS with the $155.00 premium carpeted floor mat option thinking they would be the silver edge with embroidered Camaro logo. Instead they are just plain black mats and only in the front and none in the back? Is this right?

Same happened to me. Let them know. Chances are your premium Floor mats havent been delivered yet to the dealership. Once they are they will switch them for you

You have the stock one's now. The upgraded ones you paid for should have came in the trunk of your new car.
If not, contact the Dealer and have them order them for you.

My car came with standard carpeted front mats, no back. Since then I have gotten a whole set. But if or when your new ones come in, make sure you keep the originals. No sense letting them have them.

Premiums are silver stripe around edge wih silver Camaro embroidered on the front set. You got the base set unless the premiums are in your trunk. I had similar problem and had to get our on-line GM forum watchers involved and making some calls because dealer was balking. Ultimately was resolved with new mat set.

thanks for the information. i picked up the car on new years eve. finally got a hold of them. they said they are on there way to the dealer. kinda weird. i have my doubts that ill get them.
