LOL. It has no options other than sunroof and full size spare b/c the SS is already loaded. Rain sense wipers, self parking, heated leather seats, nav. The only thing is needs is a better audio system.

BTW, I love the opinion that says Aussie made cars are selling well but they're too expensive. LOL. How can it be both? If they're selling well, they can't be too expensive.

Not to make your decision harder (I love my Camaro, I think it's a great car all things considered) but I would KILL for that C5 Z06!

If you want a sedan the 12-14 charger SRT8 would be my choice. Just not the 2015 the new design sucks.

Yeah, I don't know what's going on w/ Dodge. This has to be Fiat's influence, as the '15 Charger looks more like the Dart.

Not to beat dead horse, the SS Sedan is a much better car.

I would bet for the price of the ss you could get a nice cts v wagon. Yes it is a wagon but is a 500+ hp wagon and they look so bad ass

The labor to make them is too expensive. The sale price of the cars is just fine.

Agree the G8 was a great car but I think they killed the SS in the market over here as it barely has any options.
I had to go look it up for myself because I thought you might be right. From Wikipedia:

Quote:
Following the development of the Zeta architecture and because of its position as the GM global center of RWD development, GM Holden in Australia led the final design, engineering, and development of the Camaro.
I think the SS would sell really well if it started around $30k. Half the reason Chrysler sells any SRT vehicles is because of their lesser counterparts on the road. Right now no one even knows the SS exists, it's going to be a rare car. One I think I would be happy to trade my Charger in for.

yeah, even on the SS sedan forum, you dont see many people with them. I dont understand why not. At first when I saw it I thought blugh, but the more I look and research the more I am loving it. When my step dads work gets on in, im gonna see if I can check it out.

They're terrific cars. Not quite the same as the G8, the platform is newer so the ride is better and the thing is loaded with every option known to man. Most of the car mags pit the SS against a charger SRT because they're both powerful 4 door RWD sedans. Most car mags choose the SS over the SRT.

Looks like your concerns have been addressed, according to the article the SS sedan is getting a manual transmission and magnetic ride (allegedly)
