your

Right now I have a ATI 4890 which is a GREAT card for the money. But I definitely want (don't need) an upgrade.

The question is; Do I upgrade my GPU or cai?

The hen gives my crap about playing playstation. I always tell her that for the hours of entertainment its cheaper than my other hobbies! (Like cars, pickups, sleds, motorcycles, guns, etc)

That usually get her to stop clucking.

Well if you want a CAI I am going/am to be offering the Cold Air Induction CAI. This is a sweet piece.

Vid cards... don't carry them...hahahahaha but I think I need more ram or to upgrade to 64 bit... maybe I need to build a whole new system but all my business stuff on this pc. The vid card is how ever decent I think GeForce GTS 8800 512, but I have only 4 gb of RAM and 3.2 is usable... game stutters real bad when loading at beginning of new round. AMD 64 x2 5000 2.60 running on 32 bit is what I have.. 250 gb hard drive and 3 for storage
..... can anyone decipher that and tell me what the weak point is and why it lags when the ping is 59 to the server

My buddy actually had the same exact issue you are describing. In large part, the 32 bit operating system on a 64 bit processor is your issue. I'd highly recommend upgrading to a 64 bit operating system (Windows 7 runs nice and I've yet to see it freeze and crash on me). Did the same for my buddy, got him up and running on Windows 7 64 bit and his issues went away, and he had 4 GBs of RAM as well.

yeah I was afraid of that. I have the 64 bit 7 but it means reloading all the applications and maybe even data manually from quick-books ?

called the local shop that services it from time to time and they will take care of it for like 150.. see if I need to upgrade the ram at all, put in a new hd and make sure its all smooth so I dont have much downtime on the business. They are open on Sunday so I can drop it off then amd pick it up and be back up Monday night. Going to do this next weekend I think..

If it's an upgrade disk it will keep all your original files. Clean install though may erase everything, either way I'd definitely back everything up on an external drive, just in case.
