Great times when TNN was still around. This guy has allot of stuff on youboob The Monster Trucks is why you watched. But the Stars of the show were the area trucks. guy off the street to pro racers taking on sections of the motocross track. And there was this one guy with a stock Toyota, with a diamond flat bed that whooped everyones butt. It jumped like a dirt bike n landed like a Dakar racer, it was a blast to watch him race. ------- he has allot more then these 5 http://www.youtube.com/user/hatebreeder67 New Orleans 1999 TNN Motor Madness Monster Jam Week 1 Part 1 New Orleans 1999 TNN Motor Madness Monster Jam Week 1 Part 2 New Orleans 1999 TNN Motor Madness Monster Jam Week 1 Part 3 New Orleans 1999 TNN Motor Madness Monster Jam Week 1 Part 4 New Orleans 1999 TNN Motor Madness Monster Jam Week 1 Part 5 |

to fast or quick for me, that top lvl doesn't even seem like a challange, cept to stop
Similar and better is snowmobile racing on water. Same thing, rev high enough n go fast enough, you can drive across any surface. Yet if they bogg out, its not just a muddy walk |

I can't remember the name of the event but it was modded up trucks doing time trials on a quasi-stadium/off-road course. You would see some sick backyard engineering for a good 2 to 3 hours when that was on.

I think they just called them 'arena trucks'. They were pretty cool ... modified pickups running on the monster truck course

Yeah had lots of great memories with me and my Dad watching that late at night at the end of the week. We'd always order out food and lock ourselves in the basement away from my mom and sister. Great lead in to weekends full of CART, NHRA, IRL, F1 and of course several series of NASCAR.

One of the things they didn't show on the TV but how them big events at big places go. Like a 3 rings circus. with 3-4 different kinds of racing. And was lame when they came to our town with out 10'x10' arena. dirt bikes couldn't go more then half throttle or they jumped into the stands, if the monster trucks goosed it to hard, it was the car in the lot they were running over |
