Help me make a wish list.

So when it comes down to internals I will admit that I do not know much about picking them. I am wanting to get a wish list going to see what kind of money I am looking at here.

Goal: 450+ to the wheels (stock cubes and bottom end)

Car: L99

Current mods: Cold air from CAI and cat back exhaust from solo.

I will get headers and a tune that I can handle

Will a cammed car put those numbers down? I want the car to be streetable.

Would a l99 to ls3 conversion package from a vender be enough to then add a cam? (would it be strong enough)
