Rick, not here yet - but have had a confirmation they are on their merry way! Also had my wheel blacked - car looks great with the black alloys. Gone for matt/silk, which ties in well with the matt finish of the stock stripes!

H&R Wheel Spacers 22mm and 20mm

I thought these looked great with the stock 20" wheels.

Looking really good Nik - love the black wheels too.

Are they Rimblades. If they are I'd like to know how you got them fitted - mine blew out after 5 miles !!. Eventually went for stick on Rimbands (which were pretty much mullered when I had new tyres fitted).

No. Done 2 or 3 thousand miles with mine fitted and no problem at all. Inevitably there'll be more stress somewhere but nothing to worry anyone in my opinion.

Digressive question.

Looking nice Phatz - Q for you & Rick (and sorry in advance for straying) I note you boys both EU-spec car owners and consequently got the foldy-uppy mirrors. D'you both get a high-pitched whistle emanating from the mirror area at cruising speed (say 50-70) with the window down? I do and it's fiicking annoying - it goes if I place a finger in the 'valley' between the mirror mount and the body of the car. I'm guessing there's some vortexy-venturi thing going on - just wondered if you have same....

Rik, rimbands but held in by the tyre. They have a ribbed section which gets trapped between the rim and tyre. Got them installed where I had the wheels sorted. Watched him put em on! It's quite a procedure to get them right. You'll need to position them on the rim and then pump up tyre and they half pop out, then slightly deflate type and work them back into position and then when u pump up again they are already half trapped by the tyre and don't seem to move then!

Yellow 1, I haven't either, but been some time since the weather has allowed for windows down over 50mph, but can't remember any noise last summer! Will check also next time I'm out and about!

Yes Nik, that's the ones I had. Had them fitted twice but still they popped out. The owner of the co where I bought them said he'd never had a problem. He nevertheless replaced them at no cost with the stick on ones.

yellow 1. Not the best night for driving around with the window down but I didn't experience any whistling and tried from 40 up to 80. Sorry can't help you.
