I am running them with a Whipple. No problems. What are your concerns?

I got some from SLP back in 2010 and put over 20000 miles and no problems. They did discolor a bit but not bad. My twin turbo set up is tuning it white though, so I'm thinking I had the wrong place do theses. The SLPs came coated.

I had some coated that same finish. They did turn a bit after a while, but not bad. See pic from the sell.

ARH Ceramic Coated Had them originally on SBE EForce had a bunch of oil dumped on them after Grenading. Got to admit cleaned up and held up well but finish ( bright/chrome silver) dulled a bit around Heads. Held up just as well on New Motor NA Still using them now with newly installed D1X. Still look the same as after Engine went. There has been no further dulling.

it will dull overtime due to the high temps.

not running FI myself, but my headers were coated w/ Cerakote Glacier Black C7600. at the merge i can see a little discoloring, but i think its from road rash

Heres a good pic of my Ceramic Coated Headers. At the time of this picture they have been on the car for 5,000 miles.

The only coating that is a true thermal barrier is Swaintech White Lightning. Everything else is essentially a high temp paint for aesthetic purposes.

I noticed a 40+degree difference with my Kooks coated (sorry, not sure which, but was their in-house go to in 2013), so I think you're observations are a little off. May not be as much as those, but it's sure better than just "high temp paint"....

with the cerakote on my headers i can feel a huge difference in radiant heat. not sure where you are getting this info from because there are definitely other thermal barrier coatings available. Swaintech is one of the originals, but its certainly not the ONLY thermal barrier.

also, those manifolds look hideous. nothing like brown pipes!
