Hi All;

I'll be 69 in two weeks and yes, I'm going on 12 also. Bought a 2012 SS (45th Anniversary) four years ago.. Did some mods, then hit the track with my son. Liked the 5th gen Camaro so much, gave it to him and bought myself a 2015 Z/28. Have 11 track days on it. Put in headers last season, and have put in a comp cam recently. The thing is wicked. I'm amazed at how well it does as a DD on street tires. I drive the crap out of it, whenever I can.
Most fun I've had since college when I had a candy-apple red '69 Mustang with the Cleveland 351 under the hood.Manual tranny. Remember an epic, midnight run across the state of Nebraska, never dipping below 90 mph, most of the time running at 100 mph. Now, of course, I'd never recommend this to the younger folks on the forum! Back in the day, everyone did stuff like that..

Very nice wheels & your son is very lucky to be given a 5th Gen.

Thanks for the welcomes!!
I'm a novice here and with my Camaro and I never owned a 'muscle car'.
It's kinda weird though that I'm looking and thinking about cold air intakes and Borla exhaust systems and in the fall getting some all season tires. The Camaro is possessing me?
But not like the Plymouth in 'Christine'!!

Welcome new guys!

I'm still in Baltimore. Hung out with a buddy I haven't seen in years. Had a great time.

If you have the time go to the Hurricane Bar & Grill at Pass-A-Grille Beach. You can watch the sunset from the roof top bar!

Yes I am doing the obvious

After owning my 2015 RS for almost 3 weeks (I love every second behind the wheel) I am doing what I read in some posts. I park my car at work, in a place where it can't be door dinged and as I walk away I turn to look at it. The next thought is thanks Jennifer you made your man a happy guy again today! Anyone else here doing the look back?

This Summer

While looking through the forums I see quite a few people come out to Summit Racing in Ohio for a Camaro weekend. Well I live a few minutes away from there and if you are going to be around, let me know I always have a few cold ones available and if that is not your style we can find some geritol. Over 50 and proud to have a Camaro back in my life and looking forward to making changes to this baby soon!
