Help with new headlights

Alright so I putchased these headlights off someone here which are the U shaped headlights for the non rs 14-15 Camaro. The halogen will not turn on for either side. What can it be. The U shaped rings turn on when fed a source of power but the center halogens just wont work. Thanks.

Did you open the caps and see if the headlight bulbs
Were hooked up? Also make sure the main harness going from the headlights to your car's harnessed is clicked all the way or not having any issues with bent pins.

Yeah that's really weird that your low beams and high beams are not coming on at all. I can see maybe one headlight maybe a wire got disconnected inside the housing but both of them sounds like something's definitely up.. did you ask the guy that you got them from if he had any issues with them?.. because when I picked up my used set it was pretty much plug-and-play other than tapping into the driving lights to the side markers.

Give Gen5DYI a call. Of course they may suggest a new harness but they may give you some direction

I don't think ther would be any issue with the stock harness it sounds like something going on inside the headlights themself?

The guy said he never installed them and they were new but I told him about t and he was just telling me they did work and all that but apparently they’re not and didn’t want to give me a refund at least. But any solutions into fixing this? Because the U shaped rings work idk what to do with the low beams and high beams though unless I can just replace it with an hid or led kt or something.
