Different model Camaros

I should know this because I'm a Camaro owner, but that's why I'm going to ask here (so I know in the future). There are so many different models of the Camaro I want to know what the differences are. I'm not worried about the LS, LT, RS and SS because I know what those are, but now I see 1LE, ZL1, Z28 (are there any others?).

Z28 is pretty self exaplanatory, but can someone explain what is the 1LE and ZL1 and are there any others out there besides these?

thanks!

1LE is a SS with a ZL1 suspension and the ZL1 is a supercharged SS. Z28 is a LS7 badass machine.

Depends on what you want to call models. The Chevy build website only lists coupe, vert, ZL1 coupe and vert, and Z28. It lists the LS, LT and SS as trim levels of the coupe and vert. The 1LE is a track (road course) performance package option on the coupe SS. The 1LE has several changes from a base SS including sharing parts from the ZL1, but not enough to say it has the ZL1 suspension. The ZL1 is so much more than a supercharged SS. Almost everything on it was changed from the SS except the basic body design, engine, drivetrain, suspension, ground effects, wheels and tires. The Z28 is also a complete change from an SS with a focus on a road course car that was street legal. Weight reduction, cornering ability, stopping power, and the ability to run lap after lap with consistant lap times.

1LE is an SS with substantial performance upgrades, mostly oriented around handling. Identified easily by the matte black hood, and 20" black rims.

*Upgraded axles
*Upgraded fuel pump
*Addtional Oil and Trans coolers
*Different oil pickups
*ZL1 wheels 20x10 and 20x11, running Goodyear G2 Supercar 285s all corners
*3.91 gears
*Beefed up sway bars
*Beefed up end links/bushings
*ZL1 wheel bearings
*Upgraded shocks

It's similar to a ZL1 in many ways, minus the "mag ride" portion and blower, but handles just the same since it has a weight benefit of several hundred pounds and a lower center of gravity. Or, if you will, an SS that can turn a corner LOL (Watch the purists come out with pitch forks, crying now, but whatever.) Or to fan the flames some more - a Z28 minus a few horses and ceramic brakes...
