I wish I had the funds and ability to purchase before the pandemic but at the same time, I was out of work for 51 weeks during the pandemic and a mortgage would have been a real problem lol. Ill get there, I just gotta keep working hard and saving.

Got my “mighty mouse ‘wild’ “ catch can installed.
Hopefully it catches a good amount of blow by. First catch can I’ve ever had on a car.

Finally got around to painting my calipers red. Initially was going to take them off the rotor and paint them in the wheel well without disconnecting the brake line. That was going to be really annoying so I took them off to make it easier to paint them. I'll update when I get them all back on the car.

What did you do to keep the brake lines from dripping, or did you just put something under them to catch the fluid? Also, I would like to paint mine as well but don't know what color to go with. Since yours is black, red goes good with it and I already have an orange caliper paint but don't think that'll go with silver to good.

So what colors do you guys recommend?

I just taped them upright to minimize the dripping and then put catch pans underneath to catch what dribbled out.

And my car is Ashen Grey Metallic so I like the red to add a little pop in color.
For silver I'd go with black calipers - although it's not as fun as blue or yellow etc. Maybe look at some C6 or C7 vettes for inspiration. I know they have nice factory blue, yellow, red, and black color options for brake calipers.
