Does anyone know if you can find out the status of your order with out calling the dealer? Is there a web site we can go to?

Only the dealer you ordered from can see it.

Production hasn't started yet. Nothing is going to change.

We really need a sticky for this. There are way too many threads asking about order status...

I know production has not started yet but you also see people with order status changing from 1100 to 2500 to 3000.

GM doesn't pick up the phone and tell him, the dude has to look it up. Make him do his job!

If you're #1 at your dealer, then just call them saying many other #1's are changing, can you check on mine. If you're not #1, wait until production starts and most likely the telephone number will yield some info on order status.

I ordered a 2SS/MN6/GAN/VZG on october 24 just getting tired of waiting GM needs to Sh@t or get off the pot.

I work at the dealer and mine is #1 and still no change but I don't expect the order to change until March 9 when they start accepting order's I still won't believe any 3300 event codes until I see proof. 3300 is scheduled for production and the concensus was for March 9th that is when they will start changing.

thanks for the info there is just to much misinformation out there. Not sure what to believe guess I'll wait and see.

They are scheduling for their initial builds in advance of March 16th. Makes sense to me. Putting all of the proposed production vehicles in line.

What priority number was assigned to your order number? If you are not a 1 or maybe a 2, I doubt it will be in this go round.
Your dealer can see if he is getting any vehicles in the next 3 weekly "draws" today. Tell him to look in GlobalConnect for the allocation by week report for February consensus period. He'll think you are the amazin' Carnak.

But be nice, there is way too much stress in the biz today.

Your dealer shouldn't be "hearing" anything from Chevrolet. All he has to do is go into your order and click "view event history"

It may have a code 2030 which is "order re-edited".

Just got off the phone with the dealer about my order, he said I was 4th in line but the first 3 were employees @ his dealership. He told me that the customer will get thier car 1st before employees. You guys think this is true? Status still 1100 he told me it should change next tuesday the 24th.
