What are you complaining about! He pushed me down to 5th on the 1/8th mile by .033!
I have been to the track three times this year. Before that, it was 1981 in my 1968 Camaro. Have gone faster every time, last time had a DA of +1480 I think. First time it was just under +2500. I'm on the little all season 18" tires

and hit 48,000 miles on Thursday. Doubt it will be going any faster now.

Thank you Scrming! I know I really do have to work on that 60' time. That is what is killing me. I think the only way I am going to break 13s is with some sticky tires. Sorry about the bump down, lol

I'm sorry Piensky....I'm not trying to,

My DA from wednesday night was 1400 something and I was able to get a 14.11 So keep trying that cold weather nights that are coming up!

Nope, no burnouts Rod. I took both TC & Stabilitrak off and couldn't spin the tires. BUT, as what you and Scrming are talking about I am chriping from the start through 2nd gear, so I know I have to get something to keep the rear tires planted alittle better!

Thanks man! I know right, it does seem to match, I was surprised how fast you were once you got those tires warmed up and kept the TC on!

Go from that to the 12.68 by just turning on TC, amazing! Sick ride btw, couldn't stop staring at it!

my best time is a 14.14 at 98.38mph bone stock v6 auto 19in. wheels im runnin 93 octane and mobile 1 synthetic also take the spare out of your trunk i will post slips asap best speed was 99.28 14.20 et. now im spinning the tires every time so til i find out why im done racing it.

The first time I went, I took it to 1500 RPM and then floored it. Yup, a +10.0 run from the spinning. The second time I lined up I eased into it and got a 9.4X The third and final run, I spun, let up and gave it some throttle. It hesitated and I went slower. With doing a dry burnout I have a .1 better 60'.
Hoping for some dry,cold air.

I take it to about 12-1300 rpm then go from there. Otherwise I have worse traction issues from a dead stop. I got a total of 14 runs in the other night.

i have close to 50 runs through out the summer. i usually leave between 1500 & 2000 rpms never spun once now thats all it wants to do very frustrating.

Im sure he is running atco. With great DA, their 5 degrees downhill with wind generally blowing down track, It is possible.

Wow that is lucky with a 5deg downwards slope. I went from a track elev of 78' in richmond to 773' here in san antonio. So automatically the DA goes up! What a bummer, lol!

Agreed... we're sitting just above 1100 at Thunder Valley.

Just so you guys know, I've seen the new posts but I had two midterms this week and just completely forgot to work my way over here to update the lists. I'm about to head out to do the Talimena drive with the OK Camaros group, but I'll get it updated tonight.
