Removing the interior panels

Anyone have information on how to remove the door inserts. I want to swap out the LEDs and dont want to just rip off the panels. Also the dash panels as well. Thanks,

I KNOW YOUR DOOR PAD IS HELD DOWN WITH A FEW DIFERENT SIZE TORQES SCREWS AND A FEW PHILLIPS SCREWS AROUND THE PERIMITER OF THE THE PAD AND I BELIEVE THERE IS ALSO WHATS CALLED A "MONSTER CLIP".THESE CLIPS CAN BE A TRICKY.THE REST OF YOUR DOOR PAD IS HELD ON WITH A PLASTIC CLIP.IF YOU DECIDE TO REMOVE THE DOOR PAD YOU MAY REQUIRE A TOOL TO REMOVE THESE CLIPS THEY REALLY ARE'NT MEANT TO BE REUSED TO MANY TIMES IF AT ALL.I LIKE TO DO MT OWN STUFF TO BUT I WOULD RECOMMEND TAKING IT TO YOUR DEALER IF YOU'VE NEVER REMOVED ON BEFORE THEY CAN BE TRICKY AND IF YOU DAMAGE THE MOUNTING HARDWARE YOU MAY BE PARKED A WHILE. HOPE YOU LIKE DRIVING IT AS MUCH AS WE DID BUILDING IT

I want to take off the color panels in the doors and replace the led behind them with a brighter one. I have heard I have to take off the entire door panel so I am going to try that this weekend.
