Be cautious with Auto Agenda

I was one of the people that bought the grille two years ago from these guys. I was emailing Chris from Auto Agenda and he said I would have my money in July. All of a sudden he stopped responding to everything. I tried emailing him, emailing the site email, calling but no answer to anything. I had to contact the maker of the grille and that is a complete another story of itself. Bottom line is I DON'T HAVE MY MONEY. Currently getting legal help in but that is going to just take time to get it. They didn't have a problem taking my money but sure have an issue to return it. If they want to bring out the specifics then we can. This will remain up until I get my money.

Call me confused. You bought a grille 2 years ago and are waiting on a refund?

I think FED was just giving them AMPLE time (more than ample IMO) to resolve the issue privately behind the scenes. I'd have blown the BS whistle on them a lot sooner than that if I didn't get my refund. But as it is, I think any story, good or bad, should be relayed to the consuming public. And that means responsibly. Coming here and laying out FACTS as they are known, and not just 100% opinions, makes the story more believable. There's 2 sides to every story at least, and we're just hearing one. But perception is reality in the retail market.

I got in on the group buy for a grille that has not made it to market yet. It has been a little over two years since I ordered it. Went back and forth with the manufacturer but I paid Auto Agenda so I need them to give me my money. I am just tired of fighting other people when that is why you pay people like auto agenda so you don't have to do that. All I want is my money. They do a lot of business up here and other sites so hopefully they will finally respond to me or let me know something.

AutoAgenda is great when you are atempting to buy, but the second you buy, and have issues they ignore that you exist. I bought a Seibon trunk from them a few months back and they have ignored 5 PMs, 5 Emails, and I've been hung up on 3 times in the last 5 weeks, STAY AWAY from AutoAgneda!!!

I have still been ignored from auto agenda. How can they still be on this site if they are stealing and ignoring from people.

Surprisingly I asked a PM question to AutoAgenda about the Unrestricted spoiler, "What is the availability and shipping to 40484?"...on the 16th and no response yet. I could only imagine if I can't get one on a sale, what to expect on a refund!

Seems there's a new Ad system on C5.com which is cool so with this added revenue maybe they can start calling on vendor sponsors to chime in on the threads like these.

I'm still around, Auto Agenda won't respond to something they know they are in the wrong about.
