There is an aftermarket kit but I would rather pay the money now and not have to pay even more for a lesser quality unit that will eventually leak.

No issues here. Get one from the factory and avoid any potential problems and have a warranty.

I have a 2010 with a sunroof and mine doesn't quite close all of the way (The glass doesn't recess flush with the roof). No air or water leaks and WAY out of warranty so I am living with it.

I have a 2013 with a sunroof, it adds a lot in my opinion. The car generally feels a lot less clusterphobic and just more open in general. I know it's just a feeling but still..

Works perfect. No problems but....Don't open it when there is water on it. It gets wet inside when it opens. LOL

I love mine. Only issue I have with it is when it closes it pushes the wind deflector down into the roof lining and pops really loud. Not sure if the dealer can fix that or not. Other than than its great and makes for good night drives through the city or country.

No problems with mine at all. Yes it does have a screen/shade to pull. The only thing I worry about but understand why it the sunroof opens to the outside of the car and not in the roof. I worry about a stray rock from a construction truck flying up and damaging it.

I did read in other threads that there was or still is a dent in the roof if looked at in a certain way. I can't find the dent in mine so I don't know if it is fixed or I am just lucky.

Definitely get a factory sunroof over aftermarket. I personally like the fact that if any thing goes wrong whatsoever GM will fix it and not be able to say it's not their problem.
