Check engine light
Will CAI intake and ported throttle body make the light go off?

CAI didn't throw that code for me. But the ported throttle body did but I also install a ICE-olator the same day I installed the throttle body and a CEL turned on. But it tuned itself out after like 3 hrs and it's fine now and the response is great!!! I'll love them both bro

Not usually, does it happen to be a K&N CAI?

Neither one should throw a code/light...usually...

get the code checked by your dealer, or at any autozone, oreillys, advanced, etc for free

How do dealers react to CAI, headers, and other bolt-ons ? Would like to do some bolt-ons in the spring but don't want to void warranty? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Talk to your dealership service writer. Some are more willing to work with you.

The additions shouldn't throw codes. Concur with heymatt, call the dealer. Most MODS do NOT void a warranty unless they can be directly tied as the cause of destruction and usually not a thrown code.
Sounds as if something else may be amiss. But again, use one of the local auto parts stores to run the code down and tell you what it is first so you'll know where to look.

I had the light come on for my CAI after a while. Sometimes the sensor just gets dirty or goes bad. I took mine out cleaned it off and the light hasn't come back on yet. But I live in a desert so my filter and sensor need cleaned often.
