6L80E Shifter pattern

I just installed B&M Pro Ratchet shifter on my Camaro
and I noticed there is some position that we don't use.
6l80E has a position like 4speed trans PRND321.
If I put it in there, those 2 will be just "S" so patturn is PRNDSSS.

I kinda feel like those spot is for TUTD, but If I can shift like PRNDS21 that'll be awesome.
Feel like it's just like changing mode electronically like just a switch. so if any other stand alone can program to change pattern like that, That will be awesome.

Does any one know how to do this? or this is impossible to do?
Thanks

Yea, I was thinking to use G8one, but I've wanted to have ratchet shifter and was gonna do 4L85 swap, but decided to go beef up 6L80E. so it doesn't do anything, but just a feeling making me happy.

It will do nothing for you these are highly controlled by electronics so it sees the same thing as sport mode. Unlike the 4l80 the lets you decide the lower gear 1,2,3,d.

I'll try contact some company that sells standalone TCM.
I'll just give up if they say no control

How are you operating the tap shift using that shifter?

I use paddle on the steering wheel.
I hope I can win "Hex code fight" with TCM and activate those 2 extra spot.

But, there is so many company sells Tap shift on shifter.
I hope B&M makes grip like TCI" outlaw 2 buttons on grip!

I'm pretty sure that one of the buttons on the TCI shifter is for a trans brake and the other is for nitrous. I like what you are doing here! Good luck.

I tried to install a pro shifter on my 6L80e but gave up... A functioning ratchet shifter on these would be super kick ass but what you have here is cosmetic. You have no use for the last 2 gates. That is the shifter I wanted for my future 4L80e conversion.

Good luck! post a video when you figure it out.... Would be awesome if the last to ratchets spaces triggered the up and down tap shift!

The only functional choice auto guys have is:
CFD tap buttons on the shifter
Hurst comp paddle and shifter combo
CFD manual boot and shifter knob cosmetic adapter

You can cross the Hurst Paddle Shifter off of the list. We discontinued that part due to a lack of demand.

Here is little update.
I bought shifter boots for manual trans and I think I'll need some sawing right there.

I'm trying to make switch panel on the steering wheel right now, so switches are just hang and float there.

Shifter works just fine as change PRNDS. I locked shifter as 2 speed operation so don't go other 2.
And I just ordered 3' long Super duty shifter cable. I have turbo and cutout around cable, so I just want to make sure its secure from anything.

I'm still thinking to convert to build 4L85E just because of the cost. and that'll be awesome work with this shifter

Although I may be a bit biased, I have to say, that B&M shifter looks really nice in your Camaro.
