Question about leasing

Hey guys, I was set to order a 1LE but it fell through. I went to a different dealer and I'm somewhat ready to just go for it and make the order...

I just had a question about leasing. If I lease the 1LE with the intention to buy it out at the end of the term, can I do what I want with the camaro mods wise...I'm not talking about headers, tunes etc that will obviously void the warranty... Just any mod big and small that I would be able to do if I financed the car? Exhaust? Cosmetic mods? ACS port holes? Lighting? etc...

I'm assuming I can do whatever I want so long as if it goes back (which it won't) it goes back stock... right?

Financially, it's so much easier on me to lease it with 30k down and SUPER low monthly payments because I have some investment property that Im working on that'll be able to pay it off at some point before the 36 months is up.

I'm in Canada, so it's a bit more expensive.
