Love the before and after pic, really clever. Now you just need to get rid of that front plate

So I drove the car to Cody yesterday. About a 450+ mile trip. There was lots of wind, and plenty of elevation change. We did about 70mph the whole way and got an average of 26 MILES PER GALLON! I must say I am very impressed with the highway fuel economy of this car, and the exhaust and CAI definitely helped.

Time to dump some more pictures again from this weekend's events.

My Dad and I prepping our cars for a wedding. That's a Dodge DeSoto Suburban that has been in our family since the day it first rolled of the lot in 1947.

Helped my brother work on his car. Its currently grounded and receiving some new performance mods. Really close to being as fast as my Camaro there:

I don't know about you, but I think those are both some damn sexy engine bays.

My dog trying to look cool in front of the DeSoto.

A close up of him trying to look cool.

I asked Hazman to photoshop a picture of my car for me. I am absolutely stunned by his capabilities. He also made a signature pic for me. His thread (LINK HERE) shows how excellent he is at doing this. Seriously, there must be a couple hundred pictures on there. All photoshops are done on request and he asks and obviously deserves donations from those who receive his work. Heres the before and after pics:

Got the bowties on. The front one was pretty difficult to get off and the rear had about 30 mins worth of clean up before I could put the new ones on. Overall I am very happy with the new look. It will look alot more natural after I get my new wheels

Finally got my Valentine One installed. Wired it to the power in the rear-view mirror. It took about 15 mins to install. I used the Stealth Mirror Cord from Safe-N-Sound1 (Buy It Here). I used THIS DIY THREAD for installation instructions. However, my instalation was slightly different than the one in the thread. I found my mirror had alot more wires than shown in the thread. I found that the red wire still plugs into the same socket as in the thread, but the black one plugged into a solid black wire for ground power rather than the black and white one shown in the thread.

Woooooooooooooo today is my 21st b-day so I'm fairly intoxicated right now. Because of that, I let somebody else drive me and my camaro home for the first time, my brother. Designated drivers are a car's best friend!

Today my VMAX CNC Ported Throttle Body came in the mail. I bought mine from SC2150. Had it painted Cyber Grey Metallic so it would blend nicely with the rest of the engine. Took her out for a test drive and oh boy I noticed a big difference. Throttle response has drastically improved. I am very happy with this buy, since it only cost me around $200. Very worthy mod for the money. Also increased my horsepower by 5-10 and apparently can improve my already excellent fuel economy. Here's a pic after I finished installing it.
