Converted Mustang Guy
In 1967 my older brother bought a 1967 camaro RS/SS it was bright yellow with a black stripe around the front...bucket seats and a 4 speed, he came over to show my mom and then took me for a ride...i thought OMG this is the coolest hottest car i ever seen!
Him and my oldest brother did alot of 1/4 mile racing with it and i got to go alot to the races with them, it was great to be in the pits and seeing people like gartlits and muldowny...anyway as i got to be older and bought my first car all my friends were ford guys so i ended up buying a 62 fairlane with a 221 3 speed on the column...needles to say no power....so after i rebuilt her...tranny and the over drive unit as well...didnt have a dad person to help me so did it all from a chiltons! anyways long story short...ended up with a bored out 302 and a hurst mystry shifter on the floor! bout tore the rear end out.. after i got much older...ive gone thru 9 mustangs including a 96 boss they were all great. after i got abit older i was looking for another american sports car and again was looking at the stangs i couldnt find one i liked and then i seen the first 2010 camaro...wow...blew my mind. so i started looking into the camaro's and recently purchased my first GM product! A 2012 RS/2SS camaro...and what fun it has been...

That is definitely a beautiful car.
I myself had a 96 z28, and thought that reaching a pinnacle was buying a Mercedes. Needeless to say that I had the mercedes for 6 years, and it wasn't worth owning IMHO. THis year I picked up a 2012 SS, and couldn't be happier. I am glad to be back in the muscle car fold |

haha...I hear you on the mod bug
I have a CAI from Apex coming. I would like to put some black rims on the car. I don't want to heavily mod, until the car is actually mine. |
