Talking Picked Up Another Trans Am (01 WS6)

So I picked up another Trans Am last Saturday. This one is an '01 WS6. 149,000 miles, t-tops, 6 speed, black on black, Borlamouth exhaust, headers, etc. Snapped a few shots with my POS cell phone camera. As you can see, VERY dusty from sitting in a garage for the past 3 years. Seems like it's got a blown head gasket, spun bearing, etc. No big deal. The motor will be going to Blitz Performance in Kennett Square to get some work done. Should be drivable very soon!! Can't wait.

Shots:

And for reference, here is my other one:

Thanks! That's what I love about these cars. Nothing against 5th Gen Camaro's (As I do love 'em) but I see them everywhere. I rarely see another 4th Gen Trans Am, and if I do it's not typically a WS6. That's what I love.

Try LS1Tech and LS1.com and the regional classifieds. Should be able to find something nice.

Eventually I wouldn't mind finding one in the shape of that one.
Looks like a great platform!

Back in the day my best friend bought one brand new and modded it. It was a fun car.

I have been hunting for 1 as well. They are easy to find, but reasonable prices aren't. LOL

Nice car op!

I go to the Kennett Y right across the street from Blitz every day. I've always been curious about them. How is their work?
