What were the baseline numbers?

I was not actually at the testing, I was doing some product training for a new customer out of state. I was told by the engineer that he was unhappy with the gains, knew what needed to be done to fix it, and would let me know when it's ready to be tested. Other than that we never really got into any other details.

I think at this point it is a safe bet to say they are trying to toe the fine line between getting moderate gains without a tune. But are having a very difficult time doing that.
