Makes me want to

Drifting is for cars, people, etc...who can't actually race so they made something up.

How does this drift comp work? Is it about reaching the finish line first or most feet drifted or what?

Seriously? Well you may not like it, but its far from cars/people/etc who can't actually race. Its not something you learn overnight, that's for sure. Its been going on for years before it even hit the american scene. Its actually a race term. >.>

Cars like the Mustang looked stock, as far as body lines, trim and lights were concerned. I wonder what it is about the Camaro design the made the radical headlight change necessary.

This makes me lol, just because you don't like it doesn't mean you have to disrespect it. I'm not that interested in drifting but I can recognize that it takes skill to do it.

OK, so I read the rules to Drift Competition. It's based on subjective marks on how stylish the turns are.

So to put this in terms of other sporting events...

Nascar is like Speed Skating.

Drifting is like figure skating.

Sorry...real men don't watch figure skating....

Ya I would much rather watch a car make a left turn every 30 seconds, far more entertaining!

This stuff takes a ton of skill and practice, I feel bad for the tires, but I envy the drivers!

Damn this takes some skill I can do this only when nobody is around and entering freeways in long long turn fashion. But other than that I would be hitting the person in front of me. I wonder how many tires they go through in a season

If I had a wife, she would probably force me to watch skating. In which case I'm either watching Hockey...or speed skating. But NO figure skating!

Hold on.. so the winner is determined by how stylish they are??? That doesn't sound like any sport to me.
