The bowties are perfect in orange. Remember everyone has their own taste, it is too easy to leave it black and look like everyone else...you got to stand out in the crowd my man and you do!

I do agree, the side accents will not look good, but Orange Side gills may work well. It is up to you.

Side spears on this one look good to me but it may be because of the ground effects.

I'm gonna think hard about it for a day or two.

Very nice! I would have paid to see you walking around your car, climbing up trees, laying on the ground and standing on your head taking pictures for 30 minutes though.

IMO, the spears really highlight the hood dome nicely, taking it from "what bulge" to "wow, look at that!" They tie in nicely with the interior, too.

I think the orange gill highlights could be just the right touch to bring the exterior accent back along the sides.

If you want to do the door spears, keep them smaller than the total surface, like the example (Michael_J's?).

How about a black bowtie with an orange outline, instead of all orange?

There are 2 other black SS in my town and I wanted mine to stand out without looking over done. That's why I chose the hood spears. I get even more looks than before. I'm really happy with them. If I get tired of them I can always pull them off.
