Problem with alignment after 1LE Toe rod/BMR UCA install

Hey guys,

So I installed brand new 1LE Toe Rods and BMR UCA's this weekend on my 2010 and I took it to the alignment place today and was told they couldn't the rear aligned right. The manager said they tried adjusting the bolt that moves the driver's LCA, but they couldn't get it to go anymore to get it in compliance.

Current suspension mods are: Prothane subframe bushings, Z28 trailing arms, BMR outer trailing arm bushings, BMR UCAs, 1LE Toe Rods, Hellwig Rear Sway bar, and stock springs/struts.

What are some possible solutions here?

I know that with these cars the rear toe and camber need to be adjusted together and not one then the other. Some shops do not know that.

a few things - as mentioned, Toe & Camber are very much related on these cars.

Were your Bushings "Timed"

Sometimes it's just the person doing the Alignment.

Ya, I read that adjusting the camber also messed with the toe settings, no idea if the tech knew that.

Yep, Firestone. They did get a good alignment on her after my first round of mods to include the trailing arms, BMR outer TA bushing and subframe bushings.

The bushings were not timed, I thought that was only if the car wasn't at stock height?

I would take it back and explain. Or find a better shop. Firestone won't touch my car, first I wouldnt let them and second the manager said no (inquiring about tires). Lol
