For sale: Heritage grille (painted Summit White). Only on the car for 3K miles.
I have a used heritage grille for sale. It is painted summit white and was on my vehicle for 3,000 miles. I am only selling it because I went with a different look on the front end and purchased a different grille. The grille is in great quality, but with some flaws that I describe further in this thread in post number 11, 12, and 13. The price has been adjusted accordingly. I had it priced cheap before, but now it's reallyyyy cheap.
Price change: $195 shipped within the Cont. US, or $175 local pickup. Last edited by TCAT; 12-14-2012 at 08:47 PM. |

If CHMF does not buy this I'd be interested.

Thank you for your interest! Currently, you are number two in line for purchase according to either PM or post time on the "for sale" thread. If the deal falls through for whatever reason, I'll contact you ASAP to purchase it if you'll still be interested. Thank you!
So far, it looks like this will be sold to CHMSC, as he'll pick it up this weekend. Thank you for the very quick interest and potential sales guys and gals. I'll keep everyone informed to what happens with the sale. |

Absolutely, it looks like you're number 4 in line. Thanks again guys for all your interest. I didn't expect to sell this so fast. Maybe in selling it to cheap, hahaha. What the heck, it's the holiday season, right .

That's not common now-a-days.

Hmm, I just noticed two things about my heritage grille. There are two small stress cracks that caused the paint to split. I inagine this shouldn't effect structural integrity, and when the grille is installed, they likely won't be seen at all because its near the tabs that go behind the bumper. These stress cracks could have been from the install, uninstall, etc., but I'm insure as I never noticed them while it was on the car. None the less, I just noticed these, as they are on the exact same locations on both sides of the grille, and I like to be honest about anything I have for sale. Let me know if this changes anyone's mind or everyone's mind that is on the list. Don't hesitate to ask, as it won't hurt my feelings in any way. You have to do what you have to do. In actually looks much worse in these pictures than in person. So, anybody that's local, feel free to check it out in person before purchasing.

So, in honor of the small stress cracks, I will lower the price. For a completely painted grille, people can purchase it for 175 local pickup, and for $195 shipped within the Cont. US. I always prefer local pickup just because I like for the buyer to always see the product and inspect it themselves before pickup. However, I will ship it if I have to.

As you can see, the crack is surface bound though, and the plastic is thick enough in that area. You can't see the separation on top, as the plastic there is decently thick. Here are more pictures from a birds eye view.
