I have a 2012 SS AUTO that is completely stock. If I buy a SCT tuner from JRE (which I believe comes with a tune from Ted) how much of a difference will it make with the power, responsiveness, etc. of my car.? I plan on doing other upgrades in the future like CAI, Vmax throttle body, headers and possibly full exhaust as I can afford it.

The JRE custom Tune Frees up HP and torque that is limited by torque management.

Increases torque and hp under the curve

Improves shifting speed and firmness without being harsh.

I can also guide you on what parts provide the best bang for the buck and are the ones that will carry you through your future upgrades.

I got my VMAX and SCT X4 from Jannetty. I could not get the Device Updater software figured out.. So I called Jannetty racing and I asked if I could just send it back and have them upload his tune on it for me. They said no problem and I really appreciate that!.

When you order you will select the Header tune option and check out.

Tuning for the CAI is Free with purchase.

I got the tuner but still waiting to install my headers. I do have a question, the software instructions say to update the tuner first. Is that correct?

Yes Sir, It is always best to update the tuner so you have the latest firmware.
