If so can you give some feedback?

Dont know that specific piece but we had an MSD 2 step module on our car race before switching to an MSD 7-AL3. It allows for a rev limiter setting for max RPMs while going down track in case you miss a shift or hold a gear to long (should get a shift light) and allows you to set and hold a lower rev limit while at the starting line, usually triggered by holding the trany brake button but you could hook it to a line lock/roll control as well. If your not drag racing you really dont need it. If you want to be menacing lined up next to a Mustang at a red light you could come up against the rev limiter, he would think twice about wanting to try you! JK

But the aftermarket ones have the ability to be adjusted. Say your on dr's, you dont need to launch at 4500rpms. You are able to set it at 22-2500 to get a better smoother launch.

Are you sure 2500 is the upper limit?

He didn't say it was the upper limit. What he was saying was that you could set it there, 2500, for a smoother launch. The factory rev limiter is 4500.

This device is all about consistant launches and that means lower 60ft times, if set right. Grab some DRs, go play at a tree. Find the sweet spot, set the limiter. Next time at the tree, stage, foot on brake/clutch, gas pedal to floor...green light(well, last yellow, depending upon tree), remove left foot!

There is something you can get for a stalled auto. Won't work well if at all on a regular stall the car comes with.

We have one on our Project TriloG test car and it works great. Spend the money, you won't regret it!
