MRT V2 Exhaust

Hey guys I found a local guy who is willing to sell his MRT V2 exhaust for 250. Is this a good deal. Says it has been on the car for less then 1000 miles. Also says "Will have to be welded on, bolt on tabs were removed to have welded on my car."

Is this an issue? good deal? thoughts?

$250 is a great deal, and it's always best to weld them anyway

While the clamps work fine, welding makes the most sense on an axleback anyway. At $250 that's a steal, you can take them right to any exhaust shop and have them welded on for less then you'd be able to get them new. Enjoy but if the deal falls through give us a buzz.

Great deal. Even with the welding you will send less than what a new system costs

By the way, welding should be under $100.

They only need to weld two pipes... 250 is too much... but sweet deal, those are the best reasons to upgrade haha.

You should go to the MRT website and print out the installation instructions and bring them with you, it takes about 45 minutes to install. I've had mine about 3 weeks and love the sound. Let us know how you make out! Your next mod should be a CAI. Good luck

Install shouldn't take too long at all, as long as the shop isn't too busy

Absolutely should be under $100.

I paid 40 bucks for my exhaust install. Granted, I know the guys at the shop, but even so, they wouldn't have charged anyone $100. It is a simple install at the shop, OP.
