Doh. I don't know why I said cats... must be the purple hair dye seeping into my brain.

I'll figure out something to do. I've been so busy with company from the UK, going to Michigan this weekend, work. AHHHH!!

I wanna make Lofinos one last time before the end of the season. When is the last get together there?

I'll have to come out to Mid Ohio day sometime. This weekend I'll be out of town, but it sounds like a nice time.

Hope everyone has a great holiday weekend. Can't believe summer is over.

My employer is hosting a car show this Saturday from 11am - 4pm. Raising money for Relay for Life. I won't be able to be there though. They usually have a pretty good turnout with a wide variety of cars.

9555 Dry Fork Road
Harrison, OH 45030

If it's raining, they will have it Sunday instead.

What's the name of the event? I live by Greater Cincy Airport but I actually work in Harrison. Would you think any Gen5's or similar year cars would be there and/or welcome?

It's called "Cruise-In For A Cure Car, Truck, & Bike Show." It's at Hubert across the way from the high school.

I went 2 years ago (they didn't have it last year). I was the only 5th Gen showing then, but Rachyl was there with hers but just spectating. One of my co-workers, who also organizes the event, brings her 30th Anniversary Z28 Camaro. There was at least 1 of every gen Camaro there.

Where do you work in Harrison?

Not sure I can make this; kind of already had some plans for Saturday. I went to a show in Harrison back in early May (I think it was) at the city building parking lot. It was a decently attended show but mostly 50's, 60's, 70's cars there. I was the only Gen5 and felt a little out of place.

I work for Powerex, a company in the same building as Campbell Hausfeld. My boss plays basketball and golf with a guy or two from Hubert. Do you live on the east side of Cincy and work in Harrison? That'd be even an even farther daily round trip commute than I have from Burlington (50 miles).

There are a few east-siders who work at Hubert, but I'm up in Lebanon which is about 43 miles. Thankfully, I usually only have to work in the office 2 days a week.

I actually had this happen to me once. Cincinnati police and Ohio Highway Patrol were doing a checkpoint on Kellogg Ave and I got caught up in it. A few walked over just to check it out.
