After going through my phone, I noticed how many changes my 2011 SS has been through since I bought it. I figured I'd document it. Here goes:

The day I bought it:

It already had a Corsa catback installed:

My first mod was LED DRLs with harness:

Added factory strut brace:

Plates request by the wife:

Replaced the baseball shifter with a real CF knob:

Real CF bowtie and plate cover, blacked out SS and tail light bezel, Aerosport wickerbill:

Powdercoated factory wheels in Matte black, front and rear marker lamp covers:

Z/28 intake:

Stainless works 1 7/8 headers w/cats:

Real CF front bowtie, chrome turn indicator bulbs (orange when on) blacked out SS badge:

Frameless rear view mirror:

Thanks. There are only two colors in my garage and the other is blue. I'd love to have found one the same color as yours.

Installed the cam yesterday.
Lingenfelter GT1
Lingenfelter beehive LSx springs
Melling oil pump
Katech C5R timing chain
LS2 timing block

I'll put up the dyno sheet Monday after it gets tuned at JDP

I'm happy with the cam gains. Overlay with my previous dyno. Only change was a cam, springs, and tune by JDP.

Like a GD beast. It's a small gain but it pulls like mad all the way to redline. First to second at wot will chirp the tires with the nannies on. The sound is deeper, much less rasp. Also the noise when on it hard is just incredible, albeit a bit loud even though everyone else keeps telling me its fine. Kind of wished I had a baseline 1/4 and speed for mine before the mods at this altitude, but I'll just have to see what it does when test n tune is back at RMR. It behaves like stock which is why I went with a baby cam, cause the wife drives it too and she wouldn't tolerate any driveability concerns a large cam would make.

My wife is the same way. The car is a family car. Meaning we all have our input when it comes to making decisions on what we do to the car. I like this as we have all made different suggestions to make her what she is today. My wife agreed for me to get this for my retirement gift before I retired from the military. Keep up the pictures and keep on modding it is an addiction.

I bought this in Aug of 2009 and have had the ones say that they dont like the color and some that ask if the color was an after thought and painted that color. I have to say I love the color and the looks that it gets for not only the mods from the way it sounds but the color of the car in general. I Love my car and wont change the color if i had to. Thank you for the compliment. At least I hope it was. LOL

It most certainly was. Blue is my favorite color. This is my 15 Z71 the weekend I brought it home.
