Thumbs up Branning Auto Body - East Brunswick, NJ

Hey guys, just wanted to take a second to tell you about my experience with Branning Auto Body in East Brunswick, NJ. As some of you may have heard, my car was brutally assualted in the parking lot of my apartment complex by some idiot who was probably too drunk or too much of a d-bag to leave a note. Well, I talked to Geico, and they referred me to one of their local Xpress Care centers (Branning), and told me that everything from the assessment, to the rental and the repair would be handled there. Well I'm happy to say that Geico, Enterprise and Branning all kept their word. Just picked my baby up today, and I can't even tell she was ever hit. The work is perfect, and they even gave her a thorough cleaning (inside, outside, wheels, tires, brakes etc.), so thorough that I think I might be a little jealous .

Anyways, the long and the short of it is that if you ever need a body shop in the Central Jersey area, these guys are phenomenal!

So I just used Branning again for a recent accident, and although the repair itself was pretty good this time, my overall customer service experience left a little to be desired. First I noticed that the hood wasn't lining up with the bumper properly. They realigned it and found that one of the rubber stoppers that braces the hood when it comes down was missing (they claim it came in without it, but I know that's bull). It also took them almost a week to get a new wheel in because they ordered the wrong finish twice, but at least owned up to their mistake and made sure the right one came in.

I still maintain that they are a great body shop, but just like any other provider of any service, keep an eye on them and make sure you get what you're entitled to.
