Thankfull and Pissed
Last night My Daughter hit a tree in her cavalier. Deer jumped in front and she swerved lost control and ended up hitting a tree. Car is probably a total loss and all she had was liability! Thankfully the tree was there to stop her before going over a 70 foot drop off to a creek!
This is where I get pissed .... Her cell phone had bad coverage so she started walking to get service .... got a hold of her boyfriend who was there within 15 minutes .... he took her back to the car and someone had busted out the windows, ripped out the dash and stole Her stereo and I-pod which was worth more than the car they didn't touch her purse in the front seat? Car was towed to body shop but will most likely be a total loss .... I wish I could catch the bastards that stole from her! I am so PISSED

I'm not totally useless..

Wow! That really blows... I remind my wife regularly that I would prefer she just hit the ABS and stay on the road and if she hits the deer fine. It will be better damage wise than the scenario you just posted... Glad she is alright man!

This is just crazy. Sounds like meth- heads, to leave the purse and go straight for the radio.
Im glad to hear that your daughter is ok. If she travels roads like that often, that also don't have cell phone reception; I would send her to firearm training! The thieves probably know that cell phones don't work there. |

I'm very glad your daughter was unhurt. But, this smells fishy to me...
