grenaded clutch

ok so here's my bad news i was at the drag strip yesterday and was going good at first because the first time i ran a m6 at a dragstrip and went a 12.7 with street tires and they where sitting at 35psi so the second pass i run a 12.4 at 117mph so i took a break and let the car cool down but an hr goes by and i go back out for a third pass and screw up off the line and end up running a 13.2 so when i get back inline and im waiting i am thinking of what i did wrong so i get up there and try and dry the tires off because you cant go around the water blocks so i feel a bad wheel hop in the right rear then i wanting to just give it hell and when i launched at 3500 the clutch couldnt hold it and just let loose suspose to be 485hp to the wheels and so when i got home with the car on the trailer i looked further into it and found the clucth is gone as per say grenaded so i need a new clutch

so anybody with clutch experince and vendors with deals what clutch should i buy

Love your car by the way ..Check out StreetSlayer.com and give us a call, getting a great clutch now beats getting 2 or 3 decent clutches over the next year or so.The StreetSlayer drives better than stock and is rebuildable when the time comes.Give us a call and will be glad to help you with a great clutch

You will not get a single to hold 750rwhp,and the StreetSlayer twin is one of the least exspensive twins on the market, keep in mind when the time comes you can rebuild your twin for the price of a single.Looking at your car and your mods your not one to MAKE DO,you want the best, you want a StreetSlayer, youll never regret buying the best ..Call me if you have any questions and want your camaro 5 price

I went with a Spec Stage 3 clutch from Tick Performance for dirt cheap. It'll hold 809ftlb of torque.

I have the Lingenfelter Max-Cx Twin Disk Clutch Kit in mine that was installed by Andy at ADM Performance. The clutch is VERY Streetable and hold up to at least 800rwhp on my Camaro.

HERE is a link to it on Link to it from the Lingenfelter's Website. Call Andy at ADM and he can hook you up !!

If you plan on continuing to race the car don't cheap out on the clutch especially if it's a daily driver. We have heard nothing but rave reviews about the Lingenfelter and Street Slayer setup's especially in higher hp applications.
