Can the Automatic Headlights Be Turned OFF At Night?

I am getting close on getting my car.
i have a quick question about the headlights.
i know that they are automatic.
but can you turn them off at night or are they on all the time when it is dark?
the 2002 had to be on all the time when it was dark. it was annoying.

I'm pretty sure you can still manually turn them off, least the headlights proper that is, not so sure about the perimeter lights and stuff.

By design, if the automatic light function is activated, the headlights will be on when it's dark.

You can turn off the automatic light function, though, if you really need to turn the headlights off.

Doing some back-alley deals or tailing drug dealers?

There is an auto setting on the knob, or you can run the headlights manually, so yes you can shut them off manually and overide the auto function.

But I do have one question....Do you ride around at night with your headlights off??, just askin......

Course you can. Just turn the knob counter clockwise one time.

If your planning on driving with headlights off, you might as well go ahead and add your name to the Camaro Wrecked list.
