I looked at the screen like RDJ in ur sig after reading your first response. But yeah I almost maybe not really want pricing to be delayed a bit since I plan to buy from a dealer in Houston, and they got hit hard by the recent hurricane. Hopefully they will be back on their feet by mid October!

I probably will try to do it maybe June of 09. Cant wait though. I will buy only if things go my way (hopefully)

My dad is also a GM employee, and we plan to use his GM discount on our new Camaro. I am also hoping to order it immediately, but I would prefer to have pricing yesterday, LOL! We haven't fully decided on what we will be getting (the V6 or the SS) and what options other than leather, nor have we decided on a color.

My H got a speeding ticket at 5:45 this morning going 90 in a 60 in our '70 Chevelle, so I'm hoping that the SS (combined with the new ticket) doesn't affect our insurance that much. UGH! Decisions!

I do currently have a deposit down and are number 3 on the allocation list for our dealer, but would be willing to switch to Camaro Scotty if they don't act right! I guess we'll see next month!

GM Employee discount does apply to the Malibu right now....

And then there's this last 2008 Z06 on our lot that is even $2000 under GMS. I want to find a new home for it :-)

Has the gm employee discount always applied to the malibu? like from the beginning?
