anyone running this size, have really bad wear problem on rear inside tread area...both rear tires,...only have about 2500 miles...car was aligned and was perfect b4 and still is...my tire guys say they have seen this more than once with this size tire only...2 on bmw,s and can,t remember what other was...but exact same wear problem...pirelli does not want to do anything...any suggestions..also mech mentioned they like to blow out from inside tread area when they get worn down

Thats what I have. No problems here though. I have had mine on for about 10K miles.

That's what I have with about 6k miles on the no wear issues, but rob at wretched motorsport ( pedders) did my alignment.

thanks , that is what i was looking for..i also am dropped with pedders , so something is afoul...will post in susp and maybe i can get someone from pedders to give me some info

Had my car aligned by a local tire shop that put the wheels/tires on.

how many miles , and do you get on it once in awhile..

What alignment specs are you using? If they are anything other than OEM, such as "performance street" etc. type settings recommended by suspension brands, they will wear out on the backside due to the added camber.

A good alignment shop should be able to give you a print out of your alignment specs. What are Camber and Toe in the rear?

What is your tire pressure? I found running 40 psi all around has given me much better wear. Too low of pressure causes it to ride on the outer edges, making them wear much sooner. I've got over 23,000 miles on my original P-Zeros and they still look great. Nice even wear across the tread.

tire pressure is 37...and rear tires only wearing inside..camber was -1, before we pulled rear....talked to pete@ pedders and he is helping me out...car has rear out right now and 9inch will be in tomorrow and we will try to get as much posive camber as it allows..appears that there may be no more room for getting it per mechanic..but we will see.. i wilol get print out when done..

I'm getting ready to hit 14k miles on the car, about 9k on the tires. I get on it once in a while. Took it down the track and on the road course at camaro5festII.
