The Nathans is located in Oceanside on Long Beach Road. If You're coming from the West (NYC). Get on the Sunrise and make a right on to Long Beach Road. The Nathans is about 1 mile on the left. You can't miss it.

I went only once a few weeks ago. I got there around 6:15 am and got a spot easily, by 7:15 it was pretty full.
