2015' Z28 Supercharged ?

I'm getting the itch to supercharge my 2015 Z28 with an LSA or LS9 blower. What would be needed to convert it besides the LS3 to LS7 intake adapters. Will I have to buy all new accessories. Thoughts and ideas are all welcomed.

after supercharging my camaro I really noticed the added weight on the front end. I know the Z/28 are built for handling so I don't know if I would supercharge it. I think, and correct me if I'm wrong, the maggy system adds a total of almost 80 lbs to the engine compartment. If I were to start over I would go turbo just because those systems are lighter and have a better balanced set up for the track.

Idk about all turbo kits but my IPS turbo kit was over 100lbs, I think it was around 125
Now my ECS kit that I have is around 75lbs I believe.
Either way the turbo kit I had was heavier than both my super charger and your super
But that could be just the kit I had others may be lighter

This dont weigh 100 pounds, and you won't have the heat soak like you will with a PD blower.

The LS7 doesn't like like a lot of boost.

For some reason this bad boy was running 12.20's @ 122. It was a clean install and made 630whp on the dyno.

The LS7 takes hardly any boost to make good power. You really have to balance everything right on a Z28 build.

NA all the way. You'll need to deal with heat if you SC. It's a constant battle to keep IAT Temps in check. Cam it and update the heads. This is assuming you want to track your car.

While I'm not a Z28, I do have the LSA kit and I road race it...
