Hidden hitch.

Good evening everyone. I have looked at the Hidden hitch used for towing.

I am not planning on towing but am thinking of installing one for a rear tow point for track days. Seems the central mounting position is desirable and when the receiver (with a tow point on it) would work pretty well. There is a weight penalty but is easy to do and remove in the future if I sell the car.

the hidden hitch should work.
you might consider a hard rear tow point, it will be about the same money, weigh less and not hang down below diffuser.
the strap idea is very cheap and light..........another good idea

Thanks for the info h018871. I think I will go with the strap idea. Seems to be the least noticeable when not needed.
