Hex Vent question

For those that have the Hex Vents, are there any problems with the vents when it rains? Mine is a daily driver and would like to install the vents. I have seen the video on their website but would like feedback from actual owners.

There are trays that you can install that deflect the water away from the top of the motor. I do not have them on my vents but I've heard they work fine.

Daily driver, no issues at all.
I was also a bit nervous about them, glad it installed them. Even when I wash it I spray right in them.

I have the tray and mine is a daily driver. There is no problem at all. I hose spray them when washing also and it is okay. I want to take them off but I am not sure if that will be okay when it rains.

I have vents on my daily driver. I use the trays. Never any issues and you can see the heat coming out. Not to mention they look great.

Have the vents on and have gone through several bad rain storms and no issues what's so ever. Even when I go to the car wash and spray directly into the vents I have zero issues. I do keep the splash trays on
